Instead of sending cold messages, Warm Intro Paths show you how your team is already connected to a contact at a target account — through shared past employers, schools, or LinkedIn.
You'll see these in the Contact Side Drawer whenever you click a contact anywhere in AccountOS.
Types of connections
Past Colleague — you and the contact both worked at the same company at overlapping times
Alumni — you went to the same school
LinkedIn — you're directly connected on LinkedIn
Education — same school, different years
Generating an outreach message
Click Ask for Intro or Generate Message on any warm intro path. AccountOS writes a personalized message for you, based on the account, the contact, and the specific connection.
Two types of messages:
A message to a colleague asking them to make the introduction
A message directly to the contact for outreach
You can edit the message before sending.
Sending
Via Slack — send directly from AccountOS
Via email or LinkedIn — copy the message and paste it into your own email client or LinkedIn (direct integration is coming in a future release)
