The Relationship Network shows you the connections between your team and contacts at a target account — so you can get warm introductions instead of sending cold outreach.
You need Deep Intelligence turned on to use it.
What you see
A list of contacts at the target account, each showing how strong the connection to your team is. Connections are found through shared past employers, alumni networks, LinkedIn, or educational background.
Each contact gets three scores — Relevance, Edge, and Match — showing the overall quality and strength of the connection.
Filtering
Filter contacts by department, seniority level, or connection type. You can also search by school or institution name to find shared educational connections.
Champion Contacts & Internal Advocates
Two special views are available at the top of the Relationship Network tab:
Champion Contacts — people at the target account who used to work at your company. They know your product and team, making them strong deal advocates.
Internal Advocates — people on your team who previously worked at the target account. Brief them before you engage — they know how the company operates.
Contact Insights
Click into any connection to see AI-generated insights about that contact — what they're focused on, their strategic priorities, and why they're relevant to your current opportunity.
