What is Account Intelligence?

Account Intelligence is the main workspace inside AccountOS. It brings everything your team needs to research and engage a target account into one place — company information, buying signals, recommended contacts, CRM deals, competitive insights, and more.

Instead of jumping between LinkedIn, your CRM, news feeds, and internal documents, Account Intelligence gives you a ready-made, AI-powered profile for every account you care about.

Two modes: Basic and Deep Intelligence

When you first add an account, it starts in Basic State — you immediately see the company profile, the Org Chart, any CRM deals linked to it, and email activity (if your email is connected).

When you turn on Deep Intelligence for an account, the full AI research layer activates — including Whitespaces, Buyer Committee, Relationship Network, Workforce Analytics, Technographics, Competitive Intelligence, and AI-generated Signals.

Deep Intelligence is switched on per account. First-time activation takes a few minutes.
