Whitespaces & Buyer Committee

Whitespaces are AI-identified sales opportunities inside a target account — places where your product could be a fit, surfaced automatically by AccountOS.

You need Deep Intelligence turned on to see them.

What is a Whitespace?

A Whitespace represents a potential sale at a specific account. AccountOS scans the account — its hiring activity, technology stack, strategic direction, news, and signals — and identifies areas where your product is relevant.

Each Whitespace is tied to a specific product in your catalogue and given a priority score:

  • Act Now — take action, this is a strong, timely signal

  • Investigate — worth exploring further

  • Monitor — early sign, revisit later

You can filter Whitespaces by product and geography.

Opening a Whitespace

Click any Whitespace card to see three tabs:

  • Rationale — why AccountOS identified this opportunity, with linked sources and initiatives

  • Signals — the specific signals that contributed to this finding

  • Buyer Committee — the recommended contacts to engage for this Whitespace

What is the Buyer Committee?

For each Whitespace, AccountOS recommends a set of contacts — your Buyer Committee. Each contact gets:

  • A Decision Score showing their priority for this opportunity

  • A role (e.g. Decision Maker, Economic Buyer, Technical Buyer, Coach)

  • Warm Intro Paths to help you get a warmer introduction

You can add contacts to the Buyer Committee manually by searching by name, job title, LinkedIn, or email. A version history of changes is kept so you can restore to a previous state if needed.

Are Whitespaces the same as CRM Opportunities?

No. Whitespaces are AI-generated potential opportunities. Opportunities are real deals from your CRM. They don't currently link to each other — that's coming in a future release.
