Contacts appear throughout AccountOS — in the Org Chart, Buyer Committee, Relationship Network, and Opportunity Contact Map. They always look the same, and clicking any of them opens the same Contact Side Drawer.
The contact card
A compact tile showing the contact's photo (or initials), name, job title, department, how long they've been at the company, location, and a small icon if your team has a warm connection to them.
The Contact Side Drawer
Click any contact card to open their full profile. Inside:
Overview — LinkedIn, work history, email and phone (enrichable), engagement score
Whitespaces — which AI-identified opportunities this contact is linked to
Opportunities — which CRM deals this contact is associated with
Warm Intro Path — connection routes from your team to this person, with options to generate an AI-written outreach message
In the Buyer Committee
When you're looking at a contact inside a Whitespace's Buyer Committee, you'll also see their Decision Score, role (e.g. Economic Buyer, Decision Maker, Coach), and a short AI-written note explaining why they were recommended.
Note: Some contacts may show slightly outdated employment information — this is a data freshness issue, not a bug.
