Contact Enrichment lets you look up a contact's email address or phone number directly inside AccountOS — no separate tools needed.
It works without Deep Intelligence, so you can use it as soon as you've added an account.
How to enrich a contact
Click on any contact anywhere in AccountOS — in the Org Chart, Buyer Committee, Contact Map, or Relationship Network
The Contact Side Drawer opens
In the Overview tab, find the Email and Phone fields — click the Enrich button next to either one
AccountOS searches across multiple data sources and returns the best available result
What happens after enrichment?
If a match is found, the email or phone number appears in the Side Drawer and is saved — so the next time you open that contact, it's already there.
If no match is found, the field stays empty.
