The Opportunities tab inside an account shows the real sales deals linked to that company — pulled directly from your CRM.
This tab only appears if your CRM (Salesforce or MS Dynamics) is connected to AccountOS. You don't need Deep Intelligence turned on to see it.
What you see on the Opportunities tab
A count of deals at the top, followed by filter dropdowns — filter by whether deals are closed, won, or by pipeline stage.
Each deal shows up as a card with the deal name, stage, close date, deal value, contact count, and owner.
Opening a deal
Click any deal card to open the Opportunity Detail view. Inside, you'll find two tabs:
Overview — all the CRM fields for that deal (standard and custom), plus AI-generated insights and recent email activity linked to the opportunity
Contact — a visual map of the contacts associated with this deal from your CRM. Click any contact to open their full profile.
Use the "← Back to opportunities" link to go back to the full list.
Are Opportunities the same as Whitespaces?
No — they are different things. Opportunities are real deals from your CRM. Whitespaces are AI-identified potential opportunities that AccountOS spots for you. There is currently no direct link between the two, but the ability to connect them is coming in a future release.
