The Activities section shows all the email conversations between your team and a target account, in one place. It's a read-only feed that gives everyone on your team visibility into the engagement history — no more asking "has anyone spoken to this account recently?"
You need Gmail or Outlook connected to AccountOS for this to work. If no email is connected, the section will be empty. Deep Intelligence is not required.
What you see
Email threads between your team and the account, organized by date
An AI-written summary for each thread — what the conversation was about
An overall AI summary of all the activity with this account
Theme and sentiment tags showing the tone and topics across all conversations
You can filter by team member (owner) or by specific participant. You can also switch between viewing all activity, just calendar events, or just emails.
Things to know
This is read-only — you can't reply or forward emails from inside AccountOS
Activities show at the account level only right now. You can't see them on an individual contact's profile yet — that's coming in a future release.
