Deep Intelligence is a switch you turn on per account to activate the full AI research layer inside AccountOS.
When it is off, you still see useful information — the company profile, Org Chart, any CRM deals, and email activity. When it is on, AccountOS runs AI analysis on the account and unlocks Whitespaces, Buyer Committee recommendations, Relationship Network, Workforce Analytics, Technographics, Competitive Intelligence, and AI-generated Signals.
How to turn it on
Find the account on your Accounts list — or open the Account Detail page
Flip the Deep Intelligence toggle to ON
A progress indicator appears (10%, 20%... 100%) while the AI generates your data
After a few minutes, all the AI features unlock automatically
The first time you activate an account takes a few minutes. After that, loading is faster because data is cached.
Can I turn it off?
Not in the current version. Once Deep Intelligence is on for an account, it stays on. The ability to turn it off and back on is coming in a future release.
