When you log in to AccountOS, you land on the Accounts page — a table showing all the companies your team is tracking.
How to add an account
You have three options:
Search by name or domain — type the company name or website into the search bar and add it from results
CSV upload — upload a list of companies in bulk
Direct domain entry — type up to 10 domains at once
Every account needs to go into at least one Segment when you add it.
What you see in the Accounts table
Each row shows the company name, which Segments it belongs to, whether Deep Intelligence is on or off, and basic firmographic info like industry and revenue.
Use the search bar at the top to filter by company name.
Working with Segments
Segments are shared lists that help you organize accounts — by territory, deal stage, campaign, or any grouping that works for your team.
Head to the Segments tab at the top of the Accounts page to see your team's segments. From there you can:
Sort and search segments
See how many accounts are in each
Take bulk actions — like creating a Signal across all accounts in a segment at once
⚠️ One thing to be careful about: If you delete a Segment, any accounts that only exist in that Segment will be deleted too. Accounts that belong to other segments are safe. There is currently no warning before this happens, so double-check before deleting.
Opening an account
Click any row in the Accounts table to open that company's full Account Detail page — your main workspace for that account.
