Reading the grid
Each cell shows how many people work in that combination of seniority and department. You'll also see badges for new joiners and open roles in that area.
Finding the right contacts
Click any cell to see the people in it. You get three views:
All Contacts — current employees in that seniority + department
New Joiners — recently hired employees
Job Openings — active open roles with a direct link to the job posting
You can search within any view by name, email, or LinkedIn. Click any contact to open their full profile.
Filtering and drilling down
Use the geography filter to narrow the grid by country, state, or city
Click the arrows on any row or column to drill into sub-levels and sub-departments
Hold Ctrl and click multiple cells to see contacts across different seniority/department combinations at once
