Overview
The new enrichment feature on the TAL accounts page, helps you identify and categorize accounts based on their business model. This enrichment allows you to determine whether an account operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) company, a non-SaaS company, or utilizes both business models.
Getting Started
Step 1: Enable the Column
Before you can begin enriching accounts, you'll need to make the SaaS vs non-SaaS column visible in your table:
Navigate to your Dell accounts page
Click on table customization settings
Locate and enable the "SaaS vs non-SaaS" column
The column will now appear in your accounts table
Enrichment Options
Single Account Enrichment
You can enrich accounts individually for targeted analysis:
Locate the specific account you want to enrich in your table
Click the enrichment action directly from the account row
The system will process the enrichment and populate the SaaS vs non-SaaS column with the result
Bulk Enrichment
For efficiency when working with multiple accounts:
Use the bulk enrichment option available in the table header
Select multiple accounts or enrich all accounts in your current view
The system will process all selected accounts and update their SaaS vs non-SaaS values accordingly
Understanding Enrichment Values
The enrichment will return one of three possible values for each account:
SaaS: The account primarily operates as a Software as a Service business
non-SaaS: The account operates using traditional business models (on-premise software, hardware, services, etc.)
Both: The account operates using a hybrid model, offering both SaaS and non-SaaS products or services
