Track overall company’s indirect growth indicators via comprehensive headcount growth metrics directly within your TAL table.
How to Access
Click the Enrichment button in your table interface
A right-side panel will open with available enrichment options
Select Company Headcount Growth
Preview sample data to see how the enrichment will appear
Click to enrich your accounts
Enrichment Limit: You can enrich up to 500 accounts at a time.
Available Metrics
Once enriched, four columns will automatically appear in your TAL table:
Total Headcount - Overall company size change
Headcount Growth (Last 3 Months) - Quarterly hiring trends
Headcount Growth (Last 6 Months) - Semi-annual growth patterns
Headcount Growth (Last 12 Months) - Annual hiring trajectory
Filtering Capabilities
Apply filters to identify companies with specific growth patterns by configuring the month range and setting minimum or maximum growth thresholds (including negative growth/dips).
Column Management
Rearranging Columns: Use Table Customization to reorder all four headcount columns
Expected Future Enhancement: The 4 related columns for Company HC Growth will be grouped together & be collapsible with ability to drag-and-drop directly from the table.
Data Export
All headcount growth columns are included in CSV exports for further analysis.

How to Access

Enrich your accounts to add department-specific columns
Department Selection
Limit: Enrich up to 5 departments at once
Changing Departments: To track headcount growth of a different department, delete one of the existing departments and add a new one in its place
Enrichment Limit: You can enrich up to 500 accounts at a time.
Available Metrics
For each selected department, you'll receive headcount growth data across multiple timeframes (3, 6, and 12 months).
For each department, you’ll know the proportional headcount relative to the total company headcount expressed as a %.
Filtering Capabilities
Configure filters for each of your selected departments individually:
Choose up to 5 departments for filtering
Set the specific month range for analysis
Define minimum or maximum growth thresholds per department
Track both increases and decreases in department size
