Sprouts starts tracking clicks of your prospects once you enable Link tracking in the Settings tab of your campaign. Here is how you can do it:
Open the sequence;
Go to the Settings tab;
Expand the General Settings section;
Turn the Link tracking toggle on:
Once you have enabled this feature, you can see clicked contacts in the dedicated part in the People tab👇
If you want to check people from all the sequences through the People page, then you can try applying this filter:
Another way to check your clicks is through the Stats or Reports tab. If you scroll the page down to the Brief/Detailed view, you will see a separate column with the number of clicks:
💡 Important: Sprouts tracks only links that are added using the Insert/Edit link button in the template editor. Link tracking is also not working when you send a test email.
