Key Features Explained
Personalization Variables
Variables automatically insert contact and company information into your messages:
Variable | Description | Example |
{{first_name}} | Contact's first name | John |
{{company_name}} | Company where contact works | Acme Corp |
{{job_title}} | Contact's job position | VP of Sales |
{{industry}} | Company's industry vertical | Technology |
{{location}} | Contact's location or company HQ | San Francisco |
Pro Tip: Always set fallback values for variables in case data is missing for some contacts
Message Templates
Save time with pre-built and custom templates:
Pre-built templates: Industry-tested templates for common scenarios
Custom templates: Save your own messages as reusable templates
Template variables: All templates support personalization variables
Version control: Track changes and restore previous versions if needed
Real-Time Preview
See exactly how your message will appear to recipients before sending. The preview feature shows your message with actual contact data, allowing you to catch errors and refine your personalization before deployment.

Solution:
Check automation rules to ensure they're configured correctly
Verify that messages pass quality control checks
Ensure you have sufficient message credits
Review campaign status to confirm it's active
