Important rules
A team member who creates a sequence becomes its Owner.
Only Owners can change sequence settings (email accounts or schedules).
In Public mode, contacts from different team members can be added to the same sequence.
In Private mode, team members can add only their contacts.
Only contact owners will see tasks related to their contacts. For Public mode, you need to apply the filter.
Sequence ownership
Sometimes you need to change the owner of the sequence but you see the following error๐
This means some contacts in this sequence belong to a team member who already uses them in their sequences. Thus, changing ownership of a sequence leads to a collision.
Steps to fix
The fix of the problem will take a few minutes. Here is what you need to do to find these contacts:
Go to the Steps tab of your sequence.
Click the Create new filter button:

Remove the contacts you get from the sequence (or change their ownership).
