How can I forward replies in the Inbox?
You can forward replies in two simple ways:
Forward the whole thread. Open the sprouts thread and click Forward at the end to share the entire conversation.
Forward a specific sprouts. Click Forward on the right side next to the individual sprouts to send only that specific message.
How can I reply on behalf of other teammates?
You can reply on behalf of other team members in the Inbox by switching between different team members on the left to view their threads and respond as needed.
💡 To enable this, you’ll need to contact support. They will set up the feature so you can start responding on behalf of your team members.
