How to remove bounced prospects from a sequence?

While the sequence does not send emails to the bounced contacts unless the status is removed, you may still need to remove them. Here are the steps you need to follow👇

Go to the People tab of your sequence;

  1. Choose the Bounced category:

  2. Or set up a filter:

  3. Select bounced contacts;

  4. Click the Remove from Sequence button:
    And done! The contacts are removed from the sequence. You can still find them on the People page but they will no longer be listed in this campaign.
